Rhino Marketing runs along side the Terry Fox Foundation toward a cure for cancer.
Vancouver, BC - The community minded e-marketing specialists at Rhino Marketing have proudly offered their support to the Terry Fox Foundation in 2007/2008.
"We could not help to but stop and take a minute to think about the amazing and inspiring way you chose to make your "dash" count in supporting the research that is being done to find a cure for a disease that touches us all," writes Donna White, Provincial Director of the BC/Yukon region of the Terry Fox Foundation. Later adding, "Your donation will bring Terry's dream to life, move it closer to fulfillment and change the lives of thousands of people every single day."
"We are very pleased to support worthy organizations such as the Fox Foundation and Terry Fox Secondary School," said Chief Rhino Doug Morneau. "We have been blessed over the years as our clients have prospered, allowing us to give more back to both the local and global community. Giving is a core value and part of what we believe in as a company." This cause is particularly popular with staff as at least one member has run in the event itself many, many times since it's inception.
The Terry Fox Foundation is a grassroots organization that does not seek government funding for administration or fundraising costs other than small grants for temporary, part-time help. The Foundation must therefore rely heavily on individuals and organizations like Rhino Marketing to support its activities. Rhino Marketing hopes that The Terry Fox Foundation will be a "stride" ahead with the assistance of their recent donation.
The Terry Fox Foundation funds and manages research projects that link hospitals, cancer organizations and universities together provincially and nationally.
